Will County Sheriff Dept. 2003 to 2011, Started as a cook. After about 2 months became head cook for 1 1/2 years before promotion to Inventory Control Coordinator. I located and picked up food donations.
When I left I was feeding the inmates at the jail for 8 cents per day for all 3 meals including drinks.

Copeland Companies( Division of Travelers) sold 403b plans between Phoenix Arizona and the Mexican border. I was number 10 in the United States for single premium sales.At the same time I sold Revokable Living Trusts part time for a local Phoenix company. 1994 to 1998

2015 to Present working with the Small Business Administration to bring information about Hubzone and SAMS to will County.

As a County Board member the most important resolutions and ordinances I worked to pass are 2013 Open and concealed carry, 2014 no aerial photos to initiate building code violations, and 2015 refunding charges for towing, storage, and administration fee if you are found not guilty in court, and in 2018 eliminating the need for a building permit for certain repair and maintenance items on property.

2015 Collected 2033 signatures to put the Homer Township Property tax referendum on the ballot. (Shall each taxing body located partially or wholly within Homer Township be required to seek voter approval by referendum prior to increasing its annual total property tax Levy? Yes or No). 2016 Property Tax Referendum Passed by 87%

2016 Advocate against raises for any County Elected Officials, as well as any Property tax increase.

2016 Presented a Resolution for Will County Board Members to be allowed to carry concealed if they have the proper license.

2016 Endorsed by Will County Building Trades Union and Sheriff’s Deputy Union

2016 Voted and worked against allowing County Board Members being allowed to take IMRF Pension going forward

2016 Voted to increase from 600 to 1000 the Hours needed to be considered part time as a County Employee

2017 Working with City of Joliet and State of Illinois to bring back business to Will county, and exempting repair and maintenance items from the need for a permit.
