I drop a leave a response when I appreciate a post on a website or if I have something to contribute to the conversation. Usually it is a result of the passion displayed in the post I looked at. Unfortunately, local taxing boards and assessors are just as responsible for many foreclosures in my subdivision as are jobs loses and adjustable mortgages. There is obvious waste and abuse of the property tax system when our taxes (escrowed) account for 1/3 of our monthly mortgage paymment!!
